I'm excited to announce the opening of my new business! After years of working in the mental health/medical field, I've decided to take the leap and start another business, this time independently; one that combines my passion for healing with my love of all things natural. With my love of Greek Gods, no other name would be appropriate than Metis, the Greek Goddess of the brain.

Here at Metis, I'll combine healing from the inside-out- offering a range of services from Energy Healing to Coaching and even some online ordering!The online shop is filling up with beautiful handmade crafts, natural soaps and household products, herbs and flowers and other items designed to help you connect with your inner self and strengthen your own sense of energy healing. Our belief is centered around the power of intention, mindfulness, and the connection between mind, body, and spirit- and learning to connect not only to ourselves, but to the people and things around us.

So whether you're looking to navigate healing at a deeper level, or simply looking to add a beautiful new addition to your collection, we hope you'll see what we have to offer.
